HOW LONG ARE THE TERMS OF AN MJF RENTAL LEASE?

Great question! All MJF Rentals require our tenants to sign a 1 year (12 month) lease agreement. HOW MUCH DOES MJF RENTALS REQUIRE FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

DOES MJF RENTALS ALLOW PETS?

Absolutely! At MJF Rentals we understand that your furry friends are family. MJF does allow pets in specific pet designated buildings. So rest assured there's a place for everyone in your family, even the four legged furry kind. However, we do ask that pets be under 25 pounds. ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED IN MY RENT?

Unfortunately, no. The tenant is responsible for any electric, gas, and water utilities. However, keep an eye on our website, as we write monthly articles with tips and tricks on how to conserve energy and reduce your monthly utility bills. It's just another way we give back to our valued tenants.

DO YOU HAVE FULL TIME MAINTENANCE PERSONEL?

Yes we do! We are committed to making sure that all of our tenants are happy, healthy, and safe. MJF Rentals has two full time maintenance supervisors on staff at the ready 24 hours a day. If there's ever an issue we'll take care of it immediately.

HOW CLOSE ARE MJF RENTALS TO VALPARAISO UNIVERSITY?

M.J.F. Rentals has three buildings, each townhome having three bedrooms, all are within walking distance of the University. Almost every one of our other buildings is less than a five minute drive from campus. You can't get much closer!

CAN THERE BE MORE THAN ONE PERSON LISTED ON THE LEASE?

You must be attending law school at Valparaiso University. Yes there can be more than one person listed on the lease. At MJF Rentals, we are here to help and to make you feel as comfortable as possible with your new home decision.
